Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Australia Post; Parcel Post. Regular parcels orders are dispatched within 7 business days. Express orders are dispatched within 5 business days.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct and accurate before placing an order. TTD will not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If parcel is failed to be collected in time from the customers local post office a fee will apply to have the order resent.

In the case of a mailbox not being available to receive orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to reach out to TTD prior to placing an order to arrange postage via a courier.

We offer free express shipping for orders $50 Aud or over. This is only available on items that we make in-house. This includes any vinyl stickers, overlays, and custom orders. The remaining items which are clothing apparel and camping accessories are made offsite and require a shipping fee regardless of how much is spent. 

TTD is not responsible for any orders being lost in the mail.
