Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy from when an order is fulfilled, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must send a clear video of the item showing the issue/condition. This is to ensure the item/s are in a resell able condition.

If your exchange request meet the above conditions then we can either send you a replacement product or a different product of the same value. When sending an exchange back to Turtle Trail Designs it must be done as a registered letter or a tracked parcel so that we can ensure it returns back to us. This is to be done at the buyer's expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Due to the increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital image manipulation, we require clear video evidence for all damage related return or refund requests. Photos alone will not be accepted as sufficient proof of damage. A clear video must be provided of any damages or issues within 14 days from when the delivery notification from Australia Post is received. Turtle Trail Designs are not responsible for any spelling, styling or coloured errors in user entered data. Turtle Trail Designs is not liable for any damage caused during installation to the vinyl or the vehicle.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds are not given for a change of mind/incorrect purchases. A store credit can be provided for the amount that was ordered.
Fraudulent/High Risk Orders:
If Shopify flags your order as being at risk for fraud for example making a chargeback then your order will be refunded and cancelled.
